Centrally located in North Carolina, Quantum is a fully vertical, interconnected manufacturing operation. Our capabilities range from multifilament and monofilament yarn extrusion as well as other yarn processing, including air-jet texturing and twisting. While the majority of the yarns we manufacture are consumed internally, we do make custom, high-performance yarns that we sell externally. Our weaving operations are extremely diverse. We have a wide range of looms that provide us with the foundation to make custom woven fabrics used in products like indoor office and task seating, outdoor suspension seating, geotextiles, industrial and tubular belts, filtration fabrics, woven tire cord and much more.

Our highly proprietary 5280™ monofilament yarn is a Hytrel® based elastomeric yarn that incorporates an extremely unique combination of various performance enhancing elements and additives. 5280™, the original monofilament, elastomeric yarn, is one of the key components that helps to set our woven mesh fabrics apart from anyone else in the world.
